Returns Policy
1: Returns Policy.
At Whispers & Strokes, your satisfaction means everything. Every order is created and packaged with the greatest care to ensure your artwork reaches you in perfect condition.
2: Damaged or Defective Prints.
If your artwork arrives Damaged or Defective, it will be replaced immediately at no extra cost. To help me resolve this swiftly, please send me photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days of delivery at (whispersandstrokes@gmail.com) please do not return any items before contacting me - I'll ensure everything is taken care of for you.
3: Change Of Mind.
As each artwork is made to order, returns for change of mind are considered on a case-by-case basis. This policy ensures each artwork remains personal and crafted just for you. While I'm unable to offer refunds once printing has begun, you are of course welcome to re-sell or gift the piece if you wish.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK Distance Selling Regulations.
